Private Virtual Breathwork Sessions
Do you have a specific intention or focus for your breathwork session that needs individual attention? Let's work through it together.
Private Virtual Somatic Breathwork
Feeling overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious? Book a breathwork session from the comfort of your home, or wherever the world takes you. Release stress, reconnect with yourself, and call in what it is you've been waiting for. You'll receive individualized attention in your 90 minute session, a 15-minute post-session integration call (optional), and support through whatever it is you're moving through in your life. Guided music and reflection leave you feeling grounded and grateful.

Private, one on one breathwork sessions are great for individuals who may not be comfortable releasing their emotions in person or feel more comfortable participating in breathwork in the safety of their own home. Do you identify as someone who:

-
has social anxiety
-
has noise or sensory needs that make it difficult to be around others yelling or making noise
-
has a condition that makes it difficult to leave your home
-
consider yourself an empath and have an extremely difficult time separating your emotions from the emotions and energy of those around you
-
feels as though you have to mask your vulnerabilities to be seen as an effective leader or provider
-
are concerned that the sounds and emotions you release might disturb the experience of others around you (or vice versa) and truly want to feel comfortable enough to let go without being judged
-
was expected to be "seen and not heard" as a child
-
bases your worth on your productivity and not on the value you present as your whole, imperfect human self
-
is worried their breathwork form might not be correct, or want individualized attention to ensure you're breathing in the most beneficial way possible

Private 1:1 sessions might be a good fit for you if so.
If you aren't certain if an individual or a group session is a better fit for you, please reach out to us so we can discuss your options. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible so that you get the most out of your session, regardless of what type of session that may be.
Important Notes
What to Have at Home:
Must have:
-
a yoga mat or somewhere you can lay comfortably, with space to move
-
a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom
-
headphones (we find this provides a better experience than speakers)
Nice to have:
-
a water bottle -- not required, but nice if you get dry mouth or a cough during the session
-
a sleep mask -- not required, but recommended if you're sensitive to light or struggle to keep focus during closed-eye activities like meditation
-
a light blanket -- not required, but recommended to have in arm's reach if you get cold easily
-
a small pillow -- not required, but highly recommended if you have chronic back pain or issues with your back Ideally we'd like you to be flat and not use a pillow, but at the end of the day we want you to be comfortable
-
chapstick -- also not required but recommended, you'll thank me later

OR you are a minor under the age of 18
We do NOT recommend intense stress relief breathwork for any child or teen who has not finished puberty. We adhere to this policy as a safety precaution for children and teens who are still building their sense of self and dealing with the unpredictable bodily changes of hormones. The intense releases that can occur from breathwork can be challenging to process, and we don't want to cause more harm than good to any underage individual. We are more than happy to support the parents of the minor in their breathwork journey so that the child has a stable nervous system to co-regulate with. Thank you for your understanding regarding this policy.
